Go Beavers event

on June 3rd at Blacklands, East Grinstead.
The organisers of the GO BEAVERS event is looking for adult help for the day.
The Beavers will move around 4 zones spending an hour on each. We have fun, craft, adventure and scout skills zones.
We are looking for the following help
- Scouts skills- fire lighting, marshmallow cooking( Beaver level)
- climbing instructors as we can use of the wall
- archery instructors for sucker archery
- media support- photos etc, PA system
- general people to run craft activities(all organised- just turn up on Day and run)
- possibly someone to make cakes for leaders- there is to be a leader chill out zone
- people to look after beavers in craft tent to keep ratios so leaders can have a cuppa and Cake as a thank you
- Car park and security Marshall’s
- people to serve tea and coffee to leaders
- urns, crockery etc for serving tea
At moment it looks like there will be in excess of 200 Beavers please help us make this a great event for them like cub Camp and WS is for the older sections
