East Grinstead Network Scouts
The Scout Network is the section of the Scout movement for members aged 18-25. The Scout Network is a relaxed section for older members who may have educational or work commitments that would otherwise make membership difficult.
Meetings are largely informal and we aim to meet every few weeks. Events are open to all Network members, regardless of where they are a registered member. This means if you happen to be in a different part of the country, you can pop along to your local unit. Many counties have a regular annual event that attracts members from all over the country, most notably the annual ‘Network Gathering’ and the infamous ‘Suffolk MAD’. In fact it is very difficult to find a weekend in the calendar when something is not going on somewhere!
Anderida Network Scout Unit has been running since March 2008, since this time we have run a variety of events, and held several social evenings. Our membership is growing, and we are looking to run a wide and varied program of events over the next year.
